From the time you place your order to the day you get a knock on the door from a nice delivery person, you're looking at about 12-16 weeks for production, and around 3 -10 business days for shipping.
Rush orders of 4 week production time are available for an additional $250, to be paid at checkout.

Here's the process for dresses:
Your order is confirmed by our inventory and quality control team. If everything looks good (no unusual measurements, address info, etc.) they will approve the order and send it to the tailors to get to work. This can take 1-3 business days.
Then, each dress is made-to-order by our tailors.
Your dress is shipped from our warehouse in Pittsburgh, PA shipping times vary from 3 - 8 business days, depending on your region.
Every dress is made-to-order, so the turnaround time is the same, whether you order a standard size dress or a made-to-measure custom.

It takes anywhere from 12 to 16 weeks to ship wedding dresses. Rush options are also available. Production times do not include ship time. Shipping can take 3-10 business days subject to the shipping method
We suggest customers order at least 6 - 8 months earlier and customers will have plenty of time to alter the dresses just in case.
We accept payment methods like Credit Card, Debit Card, and Western Union.
We also offer installment options through Partial.ly just need to choose Partial.ly at checkout.

We currently offer a 0% interest payment plan + a 5% fee for 6 - 12 months automatic payments.
All sales are final. There are no cancellations or refunds. In the case of a canceled or postponed wedding, all merchandise must be paid in full and picked up within 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL. We decline any responsibility for any merchandise not picked up beyond the original wedding date. Money put down on any merchandise constitutes a sale.

Modifications can be made to any dress before production, including; sleeves, train length, change of color, closed back, and beading. We can customize dresses in any way you would like. We can accommodate sizes above 36 but we have to receive confirmation from our tailors which gowns we can work within your size.
